Why doesn't my password work?

It is common to forget or misspell a password. Make sure that your caps lock key is not on and that your password is error free of misspellings. Our password system is a case-sensitive system, and therefore, it is important to turn your Caps Lock key off while entering your password. You may also check your Cookies settings. Cookies are small files which store your login information on your hard drive. In order to successfully log into LiquidationTime.com, your browser's cookies must be enabled each time you log on. Your browser should already be set up to accept cookies by default, but if your settings have changed, or your browser continually returns to the login page after you submit your login information, follow these steps to enable cookies:

HOW TO ENABLE YOUR BROWSER'S COOKIES
 
Internet Explorer:
1. click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2. click on the Security tab
3. click the button labeled Custom Level
4. scroll down to the section on Cookies
5. click Enable (if necessary) under the selections for both 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer' and 'Allow per-session cookies'

Netscape Navigator:
1. click on the Edit menu and select Preferences
2. click on Advanced in the Preferences category tree
3. you should then see a box labeled ‘Cookies’
4. select "Accept all cookies"
5. click "OK"

Once you have enabled your browser to accept cookies you should then be able Log In.
